While in production,
predetermined quality plans are executed and close monitoring is
exercised to ensure only conforming products are processed.
These activities include in-process inspection and final inspection.
Our single-piece flow allows us to correct any discrepancies found
before large amounts of product are processed.
Our incoming materials are strictly controlled through various programs.
All suppliers are assessed and monitored for quality and delivery
performance. Our highest performers participate in our "ship
to stock" program while others are still required to have their
materials processed through our receiving inspection department.
Ultimately a
rigorous testing and final inspec- tion system guarantees the quality
of the products leaving our facility to our customers. Several customers
have entrusted us to perform self-release of products on their behalf.
Quality is the
first consideration in all of PS/EKD decisions. We are committed
