PURCHASE ORDERS/ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Purchase
orders may be placed by telephone, telegram, fax or by a standard
company purchase order, subject to any applicable General Terms
Agreement. PS/EKD will acknowledge all orders within seven working
days. A confirming hardcopy purchase order must verify all orders
placed by telephone, telegram or fax to allow shipment. All orders
should specify the

purchase order
number, part number, quantity, nomenclature, bill to address, ship
to address, specified ship date and unit price. PS/EKD will ship
the materials any time up to the specified ship date unless the
order is clearly indicated as a controlled shipment.
EMERGENCY OPERATIONS
A 24-hour emergency telephone service is available at 805-882-2006.
PS/EKD will advise of action taken in emergency situations within
the following time periods:
AOG - Aircraft on Ground - 4 Hours
CRITICAL - Imminent AOG
EXPEDITE - Under Standard Lead Time - 7 Days
