the following statement on our entry documentation:
"This shipment is
being imported in accordance with and under the authority of 22
CFR 123.4(a)". The following information must be included on
your paperwork:
- a complete list and
description of the defense article being imported (including the
original export license number) quantity and U.S. dollar value.
