EMERGENCY OPERATIONS
A 24-hour emergency telephone service is available at 805-882-2006. EKD will advise the action taken in emergency situations within the time periods specified below:  

AOG - Aircraft on Ground - 4 hours
CRITICAL- Imminent AOG - 24 hours EXPEDITE - Under Standard Leadtime - 7 days

CUSTOMER RETURNS, REPAIRS & OVERHAULS

Returned parts should be shipped freight prepaid to:

All hardware returned must include documentation listing the following information as a minimum:

       Aircraft Serial Number
       Flight hours
       Reason for return/cause of removal

Failure by the customer to provide this information may impede the evaluation process and delay the return of your hardware.
