INTRODUCTION
Pacific Scientific, Electro Kinetics Division (hereafter referred
to as "EKD"), is proud to be part of the General Electric
Product Support Team (General Electric hereafter referred to as
"GE").
As a major supplier
to GE we offer both initial provisioning and spares support to GE
engine customers. For over thirty years, EKD has designed and manufactured
highly specialized generator systems for commercial and military
applications. We join GE in their commitment to provide total customer
satisfaction.
POLICY
It is the stated policy of EKD to maximize customer satisfaction
by producing the highest quality engine components and providing
dependable customer support consisting of spare parts sales, technical
data, operational assistance and AOG coverage.

OBJECTIVES
The primary object of this Product Support Catalog is to provide
information and instruction to aircraft engine customers regarding
Initial Provisioning, Inquiries, Warranty, Emergency Operations,
Pricing, Buy-Back and Returns.
ORDERS AND
INQUIRIES
EKD will update the Product Support Catalog annually. In the event
of interim changes, new information will be supplied through parts
provisioning data or procurement data issued by GE's Product Support
Organization in Cincinnati, Ohio.
