BUY-BACK POLICY
EKD will buy back unused spare parts upon request from customer no sooner than twelve (12) months nor greater than sixty (60) months from the date of the first delivery of spare parts. The buyback price will be the same as that which EKD received as payment from the customer on the specific "buyback" units. However, EKD agrees to buyback parts only if:
a) Such parts are new, surplus, unused and     meet existing inspection criteria, and
b) Such parts are purchased by customer as     part of initial provisioning and in accordance     with EKD's or GE's recommendations.
