BUY-BACK POLICY
EKD will buy-back unused spare parts upon request from customer no sooner than twelve (12) months nor greater than twenty-four (24) months from the date of the first delivery of spare parts. The buy-back price will be the same as that which EKD received as payment from the customer on the specific "buy-back" units. However, EKD agrees to buy-back parts only if:
a) Such parts are new, surplus, unused and     meet existing inspection criteria, and
b) Such parts are purchased by customer as     part of initial provisioning and in accordance     with EKD's or P&WC's recommendations.

MANDATORY CHANGES
In the event either the FAA issues an Airworthiness Directive affecting the design and/or operation of the EKD products and which is directly attributive to the products specified herein, or EKD initiates a mandatory Campaign Change requiring that a product be replaced by a different product or reworked as a result of a defect in the product, EKD will, at its election and expense, either repair or replace all new and unused spare parts made obsolete by such directive or change.
